God is dead. Or, at least, that is what many claim. No one attended His funeral. He was buried in a unmarked grave. People claim that humanity is now free to chart it's own course, free of religious dogma.

If there were no God all along, who prevented the human race from falling under the world rule of dark governments, like Nazism, Communism, where groups of people were deemed vermin to humanity, and were put in death camps.

Now that God is dead, and the gates to our social evolution are no longer chained up by a belief in God, why has the world been brought to the brink of global war? Why is there more suffering than ever?

I believe the reason is, because when a world ceases to acknowledge God and give Him thanks, they take all the honor and glory that belong to God, and claim it for themselves. Then the healing, and protecting hand of God turns into the hand of judgement.

The human race will never be able to reach, or create, the promise land; as long as God remains dead in their hearts.

The human race did fall under the rule of dark governments, there were over 80 million people killed during the second world war. Both sides claimed god on their side which begs the question why didn't he prevent it?

This is sobering.. G*d is not dead, but you are right he is allowing us, his creations, to suffer the consequence of our falling from faith. These are indeed dark times and I guess it is only going to get worse. It is now time to dig our heels in, and pray to our Father for His mercy and guidance.

General Patton was one of the good guys and we all know what he wanted to do about the Russians after Germany was defeated.

No. He wasn't a good guy. He was evil. However, he helped us defeat an even greater evil. If Hitler hadn't invaded Russia, they might have remained neutral, in which case, Germany would have defeated us.

I spoke to God just now. He thought my Halloween party was grand. A true tribute to the ancient ones.
