I would argue VA. There are an awful lot of Bureaucrats living in Northern VA. I haven't been there since '99, and even then it was nothing more than a suburb of DC. I never saw so many clueless people. I didn't realize you could cram that much useless into that small of an area.

Not all Virginians are udders on a bull.... I live in Virginia... Anyway, you are right, they go the way the wind blows which means if Mr. Trump keeps closing in and passing Killary.... they, like good sheep, will fall in line. DC is a cress pool and 99.9 percent minorities, they will vote for Killary... and their 3 electoral votes could swing the entire election.... or not.

I was thinking of the overwhelmingly Democratic outlying areas around DC, like Arlington and Alexandria, for instance. Most of the denizens of these pustules on the face of Virginia are employees of the Federal Government and as such, are terrified of anything that might force them to have an original, independent thought.
