Could Comey's decision not to indict Clinton end up hurting her?

From the appearance of what voters surveyed by Rasmussen it sure appears that it could. 39% of those questioned said no but 53% said it may have a lot to do with how they vote. When will the MSM attack this info or at least, try to pull off a poll of their two to show some different numbers?

65% of those polled say that Clinton broke the law enough times for indictment. I don't know about the other 35% but the larger number is enough for Comey to be forced to resign for what he didn't do.
