I understand what you are saying here and I know blacks are profiled, but the way it is stated is odd. If someone is "walking while black" that intimates that at times he walks while being another color.

I think some racial friction is caused by misunderstanding what.is being said and if all sides worked at being less ambiguous perhaps they could meet somewhere nearer the middle.

The woman who filmed this incident had more sense than an allegedly trained Police Officer. She is lucky that she wasn't arrested. She had to be a white woman. Of course some bigots on OPP will blame the black guy.

Walking near a construction site has real dangers; falling objects as well as traffic entering and exiting the work site, dangerous materials, tripping hazards, and health concerns with dust. As this video shows, assholes have problems with police. It doesn't matter what color your skin happens to be, if you're an asshole like the dickhead in the video, you're probably going to have trouble with many people in your life.

BTW, most states have laws against walking in the roadway, when the street has a paved sidewalk. So this asshole was breaking a law, in addition to endangering himself and motorists.

Yesterday and officer was almost beaten to death by a black man... she did not use her weapon, although she said she feared for her life because all of the backlash officer have received from the biased media. Incidentally, her lack of action also put her partner in jeopardy. Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson told reporters: "...she looked at me and said she thought she was gonna die. And she knew that she should shoot this guy. But, she chose not to because she didn’t want her family or the department to have to go through the scrutiny the next day on national news." Our police are in a state of unrest, if they do the right thing and shoot these idiots, then they loose their jobs... if they don't use lethal force then they wind up in the hospital. The black community has to do something about their rabid population of drug users and killers. I am for pulling every white officer from inner cities. I am also for lethal force being used on these creatures .... whether by the officers (black) who patrol inner cities or by white officers if they leave the cities for the civilized world!
