CIA Director Brennan told the Council on Foreign Relations he supports the use of chemtrails in the near future.
The reaction of CFR members to this news would have been interesting to watch since they all know chemtrails have been used for at least a decade now.
Our sky is full of them today.
Anyone who has an autistic child born in the last ten years might look to the sky for the cause.

Go back and take a look at photos of the sky over Europe during WWII. It was full of (shock horror) contrails (aka to the ignorant Chemtrails).
Guess what? Contrails are completely natural. Get over it.

Can you explain why they didn't start showing up in the U.S. until about 10 years ago?
Jet travel has been around for at least 50 years.
In Europe during WWII the military was experimenting with using chemicals to control the weather.

Of course contrails have always been with us, as soon as we could put airplanes into the parts of the atmosphere where the conditions were right to cause them to form. They are totally natural and nothing to do with any conspiracy. You might not have noticed them until 10 years ago but I can assure you, as a pilot for over 50 years, they have always been there when the conditions are right (air temperature, saturation, particulates). Look it up, very easy to do and lots of good information available.

The contrails in the earlier years disappeared quickly as might be expected of a gas which is mostly steam.
How do you explain Brennan talking about the need for Strategic Aerosol injections?

I saw contrails for 40 years before chemtrails started showing up.
