I see a problem with shutting down the disposal wells without shutting down the fracking wells.
If the fracking continues and there is no place to get rid of the millions of gallons of toxic waste which fracking produces,
where will that toxic waste end up?

Just pump it to Texas, they are always bitching about a lack of water.

The country needs to get used to burning water.

Fracking is one of the reasons water is scarce in Texas.
It takes an average of 4 million gallons to frack one well.
Texas has 55,000 fracking wells in 2016.
That's 220 billion gallons of Texas fresh water gone from human use forever.
We've also had a few sizeable earthquakes from the injection wells.
