I hope they put her in the general population. But I have a feeling, if she is ever convicted, she'll go to club fed. But that's OK. God's watching everything she does. He has a special place ready for her. I hear it's nice and warm.

I am sure that obama will exercise Article II, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution... and give her a clean slate. Remember these pardons, which extends to those under investigation is not intended to correct a wrong, such as miscarriage of justice, but to reward someone.... I direct you to what President Ford did, he pardoned Richard Nixon who was under investigation but not charged other than impeachment... The pardon covered all the offenses Nixon "committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974." And later, President Jimmy Carter, absolving any person during the Vietnam era that "violated the Military Selective Service Act by draft-evasion acts." President Ronald Reagan pardoned George Steinbrenner in 1989. Steinbrenner, billionaire businessman and owner of the New York Yankees, pleaded guilty in 1974 to making illegal campaign contributions to President Nixon's reelection campaign in 1972 and then attempting to obstruct criminal investigations in the matter.

President George H.W. Bush pardoned six people from the Reagan administration who were under investigation for their involvement in the Iran-Contra affair. That affair—a national scandal—involved selling arms to Iran and using the proceeds to fund Nicaraguan counter-revolutionaries (called contras). Bush's action silenced the legal proceedings that involved these six people, including Caspar Weinberger, who served as defense secretary under Reagan.

President Bill Clinton ignited a firestorm of controversy when he pardoned Marc Rich. Charges against Rich extended back to 1983, when he was charged with cheating the government out of nearly $50 million and doing business with Iran during the hostage crisis. Rich fled to Switzerland to avoid prosecution. President Clinton pardoned him of all charges, leading many people—including the Justice Department—to wonder if Rich's pardon was a result of Denise Rich's (Marc's ex-wife) gifts of $1 million to the Democratic Party and $450,000 to the Clinton Presidential Library.

She will never be held accountable.... but, we can fantasize...right?

I am sure that obama will exercise Article II, Sec... (show quote)

Obama better give himself a pardon then because he may be brought up on charges after he leaves office.

I hope they do it right, and use a .50cal. It will penetrate body armor, and completely wreck anything it's trying to protect. Easier than going for the head shot.

Are you talking a race war? Bring it on, punk! We got you seriously outnumbered. I suggest you simply lay low, until it blows over. Then you can try to elect another communist traitor. Hillary doesn't have a chance. Better luck next election.

Problem.... a sitting president can not be arrested, and he would still be the sitting president when he signs the pardon. He could be impeached, but that takes time.... as with Clinton's pardons..... he made them at the last hours of his presidency and therefore avoided any complications and I believe this will be what obama intends to do. They enjoy in technical terms absolute immunity after they leave office. What this means, once they leave office, if impeachment procedures have not been initiated, they are guiltless of crimes they committed while in office. They are even immune from giving testimony before Congress..... only two presidents gave testimony after leaving office: Presidents Abraham Lincoln voluntarily appeared before congressional committees, and President Ulysses S. Grant voluntarily submitted a deposition in a congressional investigation.... Ergo, if obama pardons all of the Gitmo Bay detainees, Killary.... and her hired assailants... all of his friends in the muslim brotherhood, and every criminal facing death row for murder.... there is not a darn thing the American citizens can do about it! See Mississippi v. Johnson. As for an untimely accident... well accidents do happen but I doubt that anyone would assassinate him after he leaves office... remember he will have body guards, paid for by your tax money, for the remainder of his life as will his husband and their adopted children .... and this was a change that obama signed in January.... probably anticipating fall out from his actions during his lame duck presidency. In 1994, as a cost-saving measure, Congress acted to limit protection for future former presidents and spouses to just ten years after they left office. It seems that he is quite aware that there will be more than a few unhappy citizens.... which begs the question... what more does he intend to do in these last days.....
