I try real hard to think like a republican and I just can't find the common sense in the things they say or believe. Now it's Trump is the greatest, and among the many stupid things this guy has said from Trade wars, to building a wall that is not going to happen, to his connection with Russia, telling Russia to hack our computers, now he is floating the idea of leaving NATO. So I try to think like a republican but I guess my mother did not drink when she was pregnant.

For 25 years the republicans have attacked Clinton in every way possible. She's a serial killer, traitor, Terrorist mastermind, Sex addicted Lesbian, now she's a devil worshipper.

I remember the right wing website set up by right wing conspiracy theories and they would give you the body counts of people the Clinton's were personally responsible for murdering, there were over 90 people on that list where is the common sense. I get it republicans you hate women, blacks, Hispanics, Asians, Muslims, welfare recipients, food stamps, Medicaid, guns, climate deniers, SS, Medicare, public education, voter rights, healthcare, and that's ok that's your ideology and I respect your views on destruction of everything that made this country great in order to have a better America under the right wing agenda. We need change and that's your ideology of change. So why not respect my ideology of giving the poor a path out of poverty, protecting public education, building the infrastructure of this country, fighting for decent wages, collective bargaining, fair taxation, equal pay, women's right to choose. It's okay I get what the right wants.

I checked out every name on the right wing murder list some of these people the Clinton's only had casual acquaintances with them and there was no reason or motive to murder them. But what was strange there were two names missing from that list that we actually know for a fact that Clinton took part in murdering. (Osama Bin Laden) and ( Momar Kadahfy) she did take part in these two guys death but for some reason they were left off your conspiracy list.

You deny the fact that she cannot work across the isle. I say BS she did (Ken Starr republican exonerated the Clinton's) ( Trey Goody republican exonerated Clinton) ( James Coomy Republican exonerated Clinton) all life long republicans.

Now I hear the right wing theme song of (Lock Her Up) well go ahead lock her up she could run this country better than Trump from inside a jail cell.

But I took a look at what Clinton's accomplishments throughout her career. I get it conservative's you don't have to like her you can hate her. But she has dedicated her life to public service, again it's okay not to like her, she's a democrat, progressive and conservatives don't like that, but I constantly hear the comments she has accomplished nothing so I decided to take a look and do a little research and highlite a little bit of the Clinton Life.

Clinton's major initiative was the original Healthcare plan, all to help the poor and middle class. This plan failed because of republican obstruction.

She played the leading role to get 5 million kids healthcare through her States Children's Healthcare Program. Again helping poor and middle class kids.

She was instrumental in the creation of the Adoption and Safe Families Act again helping the poor

She spear headed investigations into mental health illness plaguing veterans.

At the department of justice, she helped create the violence against women's act

She was instrumental in securing over $21 billion in funding for World Trade Center redevelopment. When Bush and republicans left it out of budget completely.

She played a leading role in in the investigation of health consequences of first responders and drafted the first bill to compensate and offer the health services our first responders deserve. ( Clinton's successor Kristien Gillibrand got the bill passed)

Was instrumental in working out a bipartisan compromise to address civil liberty abuses for the renewal of the patriot Act.

Proposed a revival of the new deal era home owners loan corporation to help homeowners refinance their mortgages in the wake of the Bush recession blamed on Obama by the republicans.

Brought about the ceasefire between Hamas and Israel

Oversaw free trade with our allies such as Panama, Colobia, and South Korea

The Clinton foundation improved the living condition for nearly400 million people around the world in over 180 countries. But the republicans can find a way to create a negative for helping the poor.

These are just a few of her accomplishments. Her activism on behalf of women and children across the world is renowned. Her activism for raising minimum wage and combat climate Change is stellar. I understand republicans being against her ideology of helping the poor and middle class around the world, but do not say she does not have any accomplishments. Yes Hillary Clinton has accomplishments. You don't have to like them , but they do in fact exist.

Hillary Clinton has dedicated her life in public service to help poor and middle class in the US and around the world and accomplished this while overseeing the murders of over 90 people. Now again I try hard to think like a republican, I try hard to figure out what's actually in there harts, I try to understand evangelicals that constantly put republicans in office because of abortion, but the very same lives they protect they destroy these kids after there born.

Again I get it republicans your against Clinton's democratic Progressive ideology and that's okay I respect what you believe

I just wrote the following to the editor:
Is it any wonder our country is in such disarray? Reading the op-ed by David Brooks "Democrats Win The Summer" leaves me no doubt of why there is such chaos. His assessment of the both parties' conventions sorely lacks in truth. What I listened to of the DNC last week sickened me. Democrats did not have one flag on their stage nor did any of its speakers inspire; rather they pointed to an avenue to life I would rather not go down.

The Convention, where Hillary accepted her nomination was slightly upset by revelation of hacked emails showing where Debbie Wasserman Shultz played a leading role in Hillary's nomination, much to the chagrin of principled Democratic Bernie Sanders supporters. Bernie was correct in naming the problems of a rigged system, as he had won many states, including Michigan, but lacked in getting the "super-delegates" but nothing can be done about it. The Hillary that so many look to just may be a fraud. She will take our country to the point of no return.

For the first time at the DNC, I heard of Hillary's Methodist faith. Her years in politics show a diminishing of this influence in her life. From the start of her career the weakening of religion began when as Public Defender she effectively diluted the punishment of a child rapist and later continued as First Lady, where her actions to defend her scandalous husband led her to destroy the lives of many men and women. Recently her promotion of Islam as shown in her years as Secretary of State, which is well documented in the book Armageddon or on the internet, scare me. Islam is not a religion but totalitarian system of life. Muslims who want to become Americans should disavow their allegiance to Allah and assimilate to American life. Hillary Clinton is not patriotic nor did her convention lead me to that belief that Democrats are. On the contrary, they cling to progressivism.

Accusations are that Trump is fear-mongering. Is it that or is it just common-sense? And was it not fear-mongering on Tuesday when a girl appeared on the DNC stage to accuse Trump of wanting to deport her parents? Donald has asserted many times that in such situations, her parents would be welcomed back only legally. Hillary will follow in the foot-steps of President Obama in using the full force of government to shut down and wipe out any influence Catholic moral teachings from American public and private life. As a Catholic I am deeply offended.

It's only a suggestion, David, but perhaps the reason Donald may have strayed from the Republicans of the past, is that America has changed, as you also mentioned. Go Trump!
