It seems there are many here on this site that feel they have had rights & privileges taken from them.
Are you one of them?
The Constitution is much about Rights & privileges.
Its seems that those that have the least are taking from those that have more.
They feel that the under privileged should not have any Rights or Privileges.
It would seen to me that if you are missing money & Rights you feel was yours you should look around & see what really is taking place.
We live in a World of have's that just don't seem to have enough & the those who don't deserve to have what they have
I say that if you are one that is truly a have. What Is your problem?
Let me guess: You are some what in the middle & you feel that there are those with less than you are stealing from you.
Yet most of the Wealth seems to end up in the hands of those with more than you.
Now we have this great Constitution that is being used by some to get more than they deserve.
Now if we have a Constitution that spells out what we can & can't do just how did that happen?
Now it seems that it is okay by you that more & more wealth ends up in fewer hands & you don't wish to see more money in the hands with those having less than you.
Then I guess that those that have more will just be getting more from you.
But you should be fine with that. Because those having less will get less.. That is what you wanted to see right?.
What you really thought you would be getting more?
Perhaps you would like to go back & rethink if the Constitution is really working for every one.
Now we know that you are one of those that deserves to have but you don't seem to have all you deserve.
You are put off with this. Who ever has the power isn't going to share it with you & it is only your seeing that those in power having more that lets you to pick up any they drop..
Floyd,
Here's a site that I found most interesting.
www.usavsus.infoI think that's it.
It outlines Common Law vs Maritime or Admiralty Law which we are under.
When the US was made a CORPORATION ( Act of 1871) as opposed to a 'REPUBLIC', our 'rights' were taken away and we were given 'Priviledges '.
Admiralty Law operates under the UCC ( Uniform Commercial Code) and Statutes are what the courts enforce.
The Constitution says we were born with certain Inailniable(sp) RIGHTS from G*D. Under Maritime Law, law of The seas, we lost them.
Even the 'Birth Certificate' we were issued is like 'Birthing a ship' Nautical' terminology.
Happy reading as like Einstein said:" We don't know, what we don't know".
Sorry Floyd , maybe I'm just dense but I really do not think that I do not know what I can not grasp what the hell you are saying ..

Little by little we need to grasp just what is really going on in the World.
It may be a pie in the sky type of thing but we do need to make some sort of sense out of this.
Just where do we start?
I think we need to have a do over & create a New Nation & a new what ever we need. There is much that is good & every effort should be made to be the Nation we thought we were.
One thing is for sure we need to be truly United in what we seek.
I don't know if I should thank you or not in pointing this out to me.
