Do we need more Guns

Another Mass shooting but this one happens to be the worst. I never thought you gun advocates would ever exceed 20 (6) year old kids and do nothing but here we are again and I am GD sick of yours guns especially these assault rifles.
The only thing right now that matters is what happened in Orlando when a US citizen named Omar Mateen opened fire with a semi automatic rifle at a gay bar killing 50 people. I know most right wing extremist actually like this because what the hell there gay. They have no rights anyway. They can be cured if they wanted to be cured. Remember all this crazy right wing garbage.
But by now we all know the drill, Obama addresses the nation and ask when does the madness stop. (NRA NEVER) your typical right wing thoughts and prayers, and scream terrorism (not real prayers because there gay) they have no rights. Left wing decry gun violence and we need reform(NRA NEVER) Donald Trump thank you for the congrats that I am right. Then goes on TV and blames The whole world and he can fix it in a day if he gets in office. What buffoon
At some point we have to say enough, I am and always have been far left on this issue which is why I would take away every GD gun in American if I could. We don't need assault rifles on our streets.
If we deprived Omar Mateen of his AR-15 he's just another homophobic loser. Put a AR-15 in his hand and he's a mass murderer. What disturbs me the most is how you NRA disciples knowing full well that the AR-15 is the weapon of choice for mass murders. It actually kills faster than a republican can count. But you will kiss the ground that the NRA walks on and block any kind of gun control not only that you block any debate on gun violence.
Gun lobbyist tell us that AR-15 are great for hunting I suppose that's true as long as your targets are 6 year olds in a classroom or gays at there local water hole. Then they say there're necessary for defending your home, from what a GD army. It's foolish talk.
Are we not a civilized society no one needs a gun least of all an assault rifle. A loved one is more likely to be killed by the gun you forget to lock up than by a home invader.
The reason so many Americans get shot, is because so many Americans have guns.
Stand your ground cases boil down to two people losing there temper and at least one grabs a gun.
The issue is how did Mateen who was under watch by the FBI twice. Why was he able to purchase a gun. The same way a terrorist on the no fly list can purchase a gun because the NRA and it's disciples called republicans block any kind of debate on guns in this country. With today's Republican Party you cannot get a bill on the floor if it just has the word gun in it. The NRA will say they determined he was a Islamic terrorist and he would have found a way.
To that I say BS there saying this because Mateen shouted about ISIS in a 911 call at the scene that makes him an opportunist not a hardened Islamic terrorist. Then the BS he wasn't devout or religious or radicalized he was a unstable and hateful fueled by the hate filled racist in this country.
Wether or not you want to label him a Muslim, he is a terrorist no different than Lanza, Robert Dear all white men that committed there killings in the name of something other than Islam.
If we had some kind of gun regulation in this country would Mateen have worked to get those guns , we'll never know because he didn't have to, and if nothing is done neither will the next shooter.
The NRA keeps boxing out any kind of gun legislation but at some point , perhaps in my lifetime or my children or my grandchildren we'll do something sensible and rid this country of guns.
I just don't know what the answer is but for the right wing to absolutely refuse to even debate any kind of gun violence is absurd. When will you wake up

Omar Marteen was a member of our Homeland Security teams. He was trained by our government in the use of those weapons...
I understand that even after numerous Red Flags and FBI investigations warning others that he was a Loose Canon, he was not removed from being able to possess firearms. It was said, because he was a Muslim, his superiors and fellow workers didn't want to be perceived as Islamophobic in complaining about him.
So much for the Obama's Administrations actively vetting the people they equip and train with assault rifles...
