Some background to this little ditty:
Yes, this is a Quiznos commercial but
it is actually a very well-done spoof of
the 'Hunger Games' and other films
and TV shows that I haven't watched
- while pointedly alluding to the sinister
infiltration by corporate and Police State
interests of the yearly counter-cultural
event, known as Burning Man.
At one point, one of the young people
trapped in the deadly Black Rock desert
of Nevada declares, in horror:
"They lied to us. This was supposed
to be anti-society, based on radical
self-expression. This has become a
place for rich people to come to
check off their bucket list. We've
got to get out of here!"

The spot is particularly funny, now that
it's recently been revealed by a FOIA
request that the FBI has maintained a
presence at Burning Man for several
years, to "...aid [Who???] in the
prevention of terrorist activities and
intelligence collection". The FBI requests
and receives special tents and amenities,
to protect them from the punishing
conditions of the desert, courtesy of
US Taxpayers.
However, the juicy details about the
technology used to secretly gather the
information on the hapless revelers was
blanked out from the report, which was
granted to US Citizen, Inkoo Kang, who
filed the request.
