Saying he's violated the Constitution and still is because folks say that regularly with no proof of any impeachable offense is being a parrot. He has programs like Obamacare, you may disagree with them, so you can vote next election for the other guys. Article II, section 4: The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.
Obama's behavior could arguably be seen within the 'high crimes and misdemeanors' definitions. Problem is, we have an arguably criminal senate which would never try this person- Obama- in light of fact and reason, let alone logic.
