An outstanding analogy about a plane crash and the coming crash of the good old US

Here is a very striking analogy to two crashes, one took place on a French mountain and the other is taking place day to day in the US and it seems that those who will be damaged most and were killed couldn't seem to do anything about it.

Striking Analogy

From a former Navy fighter pilot and a retired UAL Captain ........

We are all flying on the Germanwings plane, with a twisted pilot at the controls. Will we just wait, and assume the "Crash Position"?

The 'real' pilot was locked out of the cockpit.

That set of circumstances finally revealed the full horror of the crash of Germanwings flight 9525. Co-pilot Andreas Lubitz waited for the pilot to leave the cockpit, then locked the door to prevent his re-entry. Then Lubitz, for reasons unknown and perhaps unknowable, deliberately steered the jet into a harrowing 8-minute plunge ending in an explosive 434 mph impact with a rocky mountainside. 150 men, women and children met an immediate, unthinkably violent death.

Lubitz, in his single-minded madness, couldn't be stopped because anyone who could change the jet's disastrous course was locked out.

It's hard to imagine the growing feelings of fear and helplessness that the passengers felt as the unforgiving landscape rushed up to meet them.

Hard ... but not impossible.

Because America is in trouble. We feel the descent in the pits of our stomachs. We hear the shake and rattle of structures stressed beyond their limits. We don't know where we're going anymore, but do know it isn't good. And above all, we feel helpless because Barack Obama has locked us out.

He locked the American people out of his decision to seize the national healthcare system. Locked us out when we wanted to know why the IRS was attacking conservatives. He locked us out of having a say in his decision to tear up our immigration laws, and to give over a trillion dollars in benefits to those who broke those laws.

Obama locked out those who advised against premature troop withdrawals. Locked out the intelligence agencies who issued warnings about the growing threat of ISIS. He locked out anyone who could have interfered with his release of five Taliban terror chiefs in return for one U.S. military deserter.

And, of course, Barack Obama has now locked out Congress, the American people, and our allies as he strikes a secret deal with Iran to determine the timeline
(not prevention) of their acquisition of nuclear weapons.

Was Andreas Lubitz depressed, insane, or abysmally evil when he decided to lock that cockpit door and listen to no voices other than those in his head? Did he somehow believe himself to be doing the right thing?

The voice recordings from the doomed aircraft reveal that as the jet began its rapid descent, the passengers were quiet. There was probably some nervous laughter, confusion, a bit of comforting chatter with seatmates, followed by a brief period in which anxiety had not yet metastasized into terror.

It was only near the end of the 8-minute plunge that everyone finally understood what was really happening. Only near the end when they began to scream.

Like those passengers, a growing number of Americans feel a helpless dread as they come to the inescapable conclusion that our nation's decline is an act of choice rather than of chance. The choice of one man who is in full control of our 8-year plunge.

Lubitz was a nutcase. But now we are on a 'plane' piloted by a narcissistic megalomaniac who has locked everyone out of his cockpit.

Yes we are at the hands of a mad man and no one in government or the military will stand up to him out of fear for not only their career but also for their life. Many reports over the past 6 years about people who have opposed him or threatened him have been silenced one way or the other. How many unexplained "accidents" will there be before someone helps Obama have his!

What has the MSM done to all the stories about deaths to Clinton people? With the aid of those people I don't think there is much hope that the people you mentioned will take a chance. I always ask people who make noises about Obama which time they voted for him. At least I was against him from the beginning and know that I could get in trouble for the things I say in places like this one.

The America that I grew up in and served in the military to defend is probably gone. At least I fought against The One for years before his first election and ever since then without voting for him because of his skin color.

Yes, a striking analogy. Hits the nail right on the head. Excellent topic and very well expressed and written.

I agree, too, that America -- as we once knew America -- is gone now. What possibly lies ahead of us, but the inevitable crash and burn? Is there any way to stop it? I seriously doubt it, but still, we've got to keep trying, if we love our God and our country. We're also going to have to put this plane into the hands of God, hoping and trusting in His eternal plan for His people.

I remember, as a child, being a flag-waving Girl Scout. I remember my favorite coloring books, each page featuring a state of this union. How proud and happy I was to live in America and to be an American.

Never were our days filled with worries about our government being the enemy. Never did we give a thought to whether our relatives at our family reunions were Democrats or Republicans. We all shared the same family values; the same patriotic love for our country; and we all worshipped the same God in church every Sunday. A difference in political party was no more a difference than whether the church we attended was Baptist, Presbyterian, Catholic, or Episcopalian. Not a big deal at all. It really didn't matter.

How tragically different is our country today. How downright depressing. Homosexuals have always lived in this country. Atheists have always lived in this country. Nobody really bothered them. And, nobody really cared. If that's what they wanted to believe (or be) -- so be it. This was America. Thankfully, the majority of Americans were God-fearing, patriotic people who loved and cared for one another and loved and cared about America.

Sure, this country has had it's battles along the way -- the Native Americans suffered at the hands of the government. The Civil War was a battle in which many white soldiers were among those who fought and died for the freedom of Black slaves in this country. The 1960's saw the battle for racial rights again. In the 1970's, it was sexual rights. But, during the 1980's, this country was ignited for the battle against religious rights. Just when we thought we had come a long way, baby, Secular Humanism was gaining ground, and we didn't pay much attention. This was America. We lived in a free country. We had the Constitution and we had our everyday and God-given rights and freedoms.

Today we are reaping the results of almost four generations of Secular Humanist brainwashing in our public school systems. Secular humanism is stated to be a religion in The Humanist Manifestos I and II, but we really didn't know that. While the humanists were stating "no religion in the schools," (to get rid of our prayer and our Bibles), they simply failed to mention that Secular Humanism IS a religion. The foundations of Secular Humanism are atheism, amorality, evolution, and one-world socialism.

Now, let me give you another analogy to help you grasp Liberal thinking:

A child is born to parents who are secular humanists. From his parents this child erroneously learns from birth that his yellow shirt is blue and his blue shirt is yellow. From pre-school to college graduation, this child is told by humanist teachers and professors that his yellow shirt is blue and his blue shirt is yellow. To make matters worse, all of his classmates learn the same: your yellow shirts are blue and your blue shirts are yellow.

Then along comes an American who knows that his yellow shirt is yellow and his blue shirt is blue. "Got your colors mixed up, boy," says the American who knows one color from the other. "Are you color blind or deceived?"

Now, how much chance to you think that any conservative is going to have of convincing a completely and liberally brainwashed Liberal that yellow is yellow and blue is blue?
That's the state our of country now. A Liberal is completely brainwashed and his or her brain cannnot accept the truth -- yellow is yellow and blue is blue.

The human brain is like a computer -- it will accept information that is compatible with, the same as, similar to, or in agreement with what the brain has mentally programmed to be fact or truth. Any incoming data that is different from, not the same as, not similar to, in conflict with, or in opposition to the mental programming will be kicked out immediately with an "error, error, does not compute" signal.

So what does this have to do with Obama? Considering that a huge percentage of this country is now Liberally brainwashed, it only makes common sense that Liberals are going to believe any and everything that this man and the Liberal media tells them. Your blue shirt is yellow. Your yellow shirt is blue.

Those of us who can still apply the brain's logical process of weighing pros and cons, gathering information, and checking out the facts, don't jump to instant brainwashed conclusions based on secular humanist mental programming. We still have the free will to make choices and decide for ourselves -- abilities which our Creator gave us when He created us in His Image. We still have the spiritual discernment He gave us, too, to see right through the evil. And, we can see that America -- the plane in your analogy -- is headed for a crash into the mountain, and after the downward plummet, an abrupt end -- the late, great America.

Liberals on the other hand, believe that all is hunky dory in America. The economy is great. The illegal Muslims and thousands of illegals (including sex-offenders, criminals, drug cartel members, and ISIS) have a perfect right to live in our country and suck up on all the freebies at the American tax-payer's expense. And, of course we should say nothing derrogatory about them or the illegal situation. It's not politically correct. Israel, of course, is the evil culprit in the Middle East (oh, the poor Palestinian terrorists), and one-world government will be a utopia. Obama is busy making a great deal with Iran, too -- after all, Obama and the Liberal media say so.

So, of course, besides using the Constitution to further their "politically correct" agendas while they stomp on the rights of Christians and conservatives, the Liberals remain jubilously silent. The plane is plummeting, out-of-control, on a downward spiral, but in their minds they -- the Liberals -- are winning. The blue shirt is yellow and the yellow shirt is blue. Even all the illegal Muslim imports and Obama's Islamic agenda -- it's all hunky dory. Doesn't matter at all that Obama and most of his administration are Muslim Brotherhood connected or Muslims themselves. Or that, from all the research I have studied, Hillary Clinton, too, has converted to Islam.

The Libs can't see the crash coming. They're deceptively blinded. So they'll sit in their seats, fat, happy, and silent. You won't hear their screams until the mountain looms in their faces and the crash is upon us.

Problem is, for America, it will then be too late. For most of us that see the facts clearly and stare the truth right in the face, for America, most likely, it already is.

May God help this country; at least hear the prayers of those praying fervently for her. Obama is a narcissist, a communist, and an Islamic-supporting, terrorist- supporting whatever-you-might-want-to-call-him in our White House. Even Egypt has signs posted that Obama supports terrorism.

Why can't millions in our country see this? Too many are asleep on the plane, complacent and unaware. "It couldn't happen in America." Too many others have on yellow T-shirts that they believe are blue. Or, maybe, they have on blue shirts that they are calling yellow. It doesn't make any difference. The plane is nose down and those trying to right the plane are locked out of the cockpit.

Great analogy. Got caught up in the topic. May God save His people and bless all the patriots.
