Hello. Tired of arguing politics and religion, so here's something different.

What's your favorite breed of dog? Feel free to include any pictures of your previous or current pets.

One of my favorites are Pekingese. I know some people call hen ankle biters or yappers, but it's all about how you raise them. I've had two of them, and not a day passed where they didn't make me laugh. They love to fetch, play tug-of-war, and just act goofy.

Just my opinion, but God created few perfect dogs.... one is the Newfoundland..... Gentle giants who love children and will give up their lives for a child... once they were nicked named the Mother Teresa dog.... But, you have to have a very large area for them to run.... lots of energy to keep up with them....and there is the drool factor. I had one in my life and he could never be replaced. I have had other dogs, but all fall short of Crabby... a funny name for so much love! But, I was just a kid and found opposite names so much fun. I also had a cat named pup and a bird named kitty. Yes, I was strange even then!

My favorite is the mutt. My best friend ever was Perry the collie-mix. He lived to be 17 and was the most faithful companion anyone could want. Here we are in Dallas in the 80s. (and BTW, what little hair I have now is grey, and the beard is almost all white. WTF happened?)

I have a 2 yr old Havanese. Got her at 10 wks. She's perfect. What can I say ? Bit of a brat but a real smarty. This is an old picture of her with her coat short. Grown out she has quite the long one. My bud.

We currantly have a Corgi, a Kelpie, and a dog. Can't really say that I love a particular breed more than another. They are all furry friends!!

Thank you..... your babies are precious also!! I should have included the barn cat, but I do not have a pix of her. She is the one that had kittens last year..... she is now part of the outside barn people.
