Evidence suggests to me that if any serious lawyer wanted to push the point, Sessions and Trump could be found guilty of "crimes against humanity" because of their separatrion of children from their parents as these refugees come illegally across the border. Trump lies when he states that it is a law that they must be separated. It is NOT a law. It is a policy invented and perpetrated by Trump and Sessions. They further lie when they try to blame the policy on the Democrats. If they wanted to, Trump and Sessions could stop in a minute the inactment of this policy.

What is going on here is even worse than the Japanese internment by the United States during World War II, which is generally regarded as one of the most disgraceful chapters of our history. At least with the Japanese, children were not separated from the parents.

Yes, folks, Trump and Sessions are guilty of multiple crimes against humanity. Don't try to whitewash it.

First, the Japanese Americans of WWII were U.S citizens, not illegal immigrants. So much for that.

Second, A.G. Sessions is enforcing existing laws, not creating them. Takes care of that one.

Day by day your rants become more pathetic.

Third President Trump is doing exactly what he promised, and we elected him to do, Enforce the Laws. And there you go again.

Gatsby, I didn’t say the situations were the same. But the cruelty of one policy contrasts with the compassion of the other.

Secondly, Gatsby, you are wrong when you claim that Trump and Sessions are enforcing existing law. There is no law requiring children to be separated from their parents. This is the POLICY of Trump and Sessions. It was conceived of and is being enforced by Trump and Sessions, and it is DEFINITELY NOT the law. Stop misrepresenting who is responsible for what is occurring.

Third, Trump never stated he would separate children from their parents.

Stick with the facts, Gatsby. You remind me of the many “good” Germans who put Hitler in power.

The biggest mistake Trump is making is going hand in hand with the person with more blood on his hands than any living person...Netanyahu.

You certianly made a "head to head" comparison, equating the two.

I did stick to the facts, try to refute them.

As for your cheap shot about Hitler, NWR.

Some of these families who have had children removed came to the proper entry ports to file a claim for asylum. Families were separated and adults jailed before their claims for asylum could be evaluated. This is not how our laws for asylum seekers works. Therefore this Trump policy is not upholding our laws.

Those entering illegally are committing a misdemeanor. It isn't our practice to automatically imprison people who commit misdemeanors.

Who is paying the cost to warehouse children and imprison their parents? It certainly isn't our politicians.

When they enter alone they are guilty of illegal entry, when they smuggle in their children, they commit a felony.

No law requires them to enter the country to seek legal status. They are free to make that request BEFORE they enter.

Their demonstrated contempt for our laws should prevent every illegal entrant from being granted any legal status.

You did NOT stick with the facts. This is a Trump-Sessions policy that they can reverse instantly if they want to. It is NOT a law.

We are following the law. If they don't like the law then they need to alter it and give up the instant amnesty they are pushing for DACA kids. And again, these kids simply need relatives or foster homes. Why aren't the dems and the hispanics lining up to get those kids out of that prison??????

Children of US citizen criminals are separated from their criminal parents every damn day. Where is your concern for them? Or is it reserved solely for wetback border jumpers?

You know nothing about my concerns for children separated from their parents except for what you know about my concern for the children suffering from being taken from their parents because of their illegal border crossing. Don'ty change the subject, and don't maintain that two wrongs make a right. Typical no nothing effort to deflect criticism by changing the subject.

Let’s charge the parents of these illegals for putting their children in danger by putting them on the “death train” and making them cross dangerous terrain without provisions. We didn’t do that to them, their parents made that choice. You forget about the Cuban child removed from a home and sent back to Cuba under Clinton’s administration by Janet Reno, and they used a SWAT team!
