How old were you? These stations were not liberal; they were honest, which made them appear to be liberal. Are we talking the 60s, 70s, or 80s? The Conservative viewpoint killed four students at Kent State. Martin Luther King Jr. Two Kennedys. Beat and jailed legal protesters. That sucked!

Those lying networks destroyed Barry Goldwater's chances in 1964.

How is it a fact? What makes it a fact? Any bothersome presentation of evidence? Were you alive back then? There was true journalism during those years--until Fox News. Conservatives did not like the news because what they did and said, their policies, were either not effective or just wrong.

I was in high school during the 1964 presidential election. I STILL remember how liberally slanted those lying networks were back then.
According to them;
Goldwater was a war monger because of his stance on Viet Nam
Goldwater was going to take away Social Security, etc.

Pardon me rumitoid, but you have alot of nerve saying the truth comes from a political party hellbent on bringing down the present system we live under.
The truth does not even enter into the corrupt minds of a lib.
If they are'nt talking, they are thinking lies.
The right dont always tell the truth either, but i get alot more truth from the right than i do from the left.
And, as you said, using your own words, i cannot rely on the libs to tell the truth because they practice lies.
And it does'nt hurt to hope things would get better.
I can and have accepted truth all my life.
I have also accepted that there are those who will lie, and almost anyone can sense a lie when they hear it.
Without wanting to offend any thin skinned or politically correct folks, i know truth comes from GOD.
