It’s also common knowledge that both Israel and Switzerland REQUIRE citizens to own and maintain firearms.....any moron could figure-out that there would be a requirement to have ammunition for said firearms.
Thus, those countries have very low occurrences of domestic violence and domestic crime.

I guess there would have to be a check on the quality of the lead that is used to make the bullet, and that it is not made in countries that support ISIS, and to make sure the copper they use in the plating is not supplied to the bullet manufacturer by corrupt, drug-cartel related companies. The bullets must be free of crime, and be mentally stable.

I know it was in the United States. I did see an article, but I will have to locate it. I will try to get back to you. It had to do with the excess paperwork wherever it had been previously tried. I unfortunately was not prepared for such a challenge to my post. How very leftwing Liberal on OPP of me.
