FBI Should Not Have Authority To Exonerate Criminal Activities of Public Officials
The FBI has the authority to investigate criminal allegations against public officials. The DOJ has the authority to prosecute criminal charges. Which of these bodies has the authority to exonerate criminal allegations? Seems to me, the DOJ is the body of government that has the authority to determine whether Hillary should have been prosecuted or exonerated. Comey “usurped the power” of the Justice Department and took the decision. I think the fact that the FBI directors decision to exonerate Hillary Clinton should be declared “null and void” and the investigation into these violations of federal laws needs to be re-opened.

Lynch turned over the usual authority to recommend prosecution to Comey because she had talked to Bill Clinton in an airport hanger and therefore conservatives didn't trust her. Once Comey made his recommendation they didn't trust him either...

Don't let Dick do your thinking.
I usually like his perspective, but his prognostications aren't very accurate.

He's just one. Don't worry...I remember some of his prognostications.
