Well, pardonez moi! Golly gee Willikers, some people are never satisfied! My oh my. OK, you want the 'cadillac' challenge? Here it is then:

Everyone calls their refrigerator a 'fridge'. Why is there a 'D' in 'fridge' but no 'D' in refrigerator?

Answer that, and you win the top prize.

Maybe it has to do with the old brand name, Frigidair, not sure of spelling.

"Fridge" was part of the brand name - Fridgeadair, spelling was never my strong point. LOL!
(Is the horse problem that the pack horse only has 3 legs?)
