A Republican congressman has introduced a bill entitled the Creating Relief and Useful Middle-Class Benefits and Savings (CRUMBS) act in honor of Nancy Pelosi's description of the $1000+ bonuses given out after the federal tax reform legislation as 'crumbs'.
