I do not feel old yet at 74 but this winter
has caught me off guard a little ! Seems to me I needed to wear more clothes to keep warmer but at the beach it’s been cold !

you are like my mom you got a bad furnace ..i tell her that ..i wish there was a vitamin for that did you smoke that is a reason she did & smoking cuts a lot of blood circulating ..so still smoking stop i got COPD from 2nd hand smoke & it is not fun to have it gets worse than better like everything else .

No smoking at all ,, got plenty heat in my home at the NC beach . I guess I got thin blood and takes me a lot more clothes keep warm, not much fat either !

My mom would have made you take a dose of Cod Liver Oil. Didn't matter if it was a nail in your foot of if you had cut your finger off, she thought CLO would cure anything. It might work since I never heard a cod fish complain of being cold.

try eating pie,ice cream,cake,candy,i
drink malts,energy drinks,beer etc
you should put on weight
and have thicker blood
just hope it dont get too thick
