In my opinion there is nothing going on in the Russian Investigation because there's nothing to investigate! If you listen, you can hear the cries of the melting snowflakes! (But of course I'm one of those darn conservatives.) If you are a liberal, I'm sure you are convinced otherwise. In any case, your opinions are welcome.

Welcome, Brenda. I think that all of us on OPP are interested in what is going on in America as well as the rest of the world. FYI, I am a conservative and welcome your opinion, be it in agreement with mine or not. As far as the Russian investigation is concerned, my opinion is that Mueller never should have been appointed to handle it and there was never enough basis for a special prosecutor to be appointed in the first place. I think it is pretty obvious by now that if there had been anything to see, it would have been uncovered long ago, with all of the first class Trump haters that are on this investigation. They're not going to quit yet probably because it's the only thing they have so far to discredit Trump and they're hoping that, with the help of the media, they will be able to stir up enough hatred among the populace to do enough damage to Trump and the Republicans that it will swing enough votes in the Nov 2018 elections over to the Democrat column to capture control of the House, if not the Senate. The Democrat strategy is so transparent that it takes a real dunce not to see it but they aren't even trying to conceal the strategy any longer. Well, there you have one biased opinion and I hope you will enjoy the lively dialogue (sometimes) on OPP.

WELCOME to OPP, Brenda. I am a 76 yr old senior citizen with a serious hearing deficit. One of only a few conservative Democrats. I'd like to be Independent, but hasn't been a viable Independent presidential candidate since Pat Paulsen or Ralph Nader, although Ross Perot gave it a good run. The last 2 Presidential campaigns, I had opportunity to vote AGAINST a democratic candidate twice - once during the primary, and then in the general elections - LOL
