It was a good race and a well deserved win.
I would have preferred to have a conservative
win, but when Moore took a break during the
most critical time of the election, I knew he thought
he was a shoe-in. And just like Hillary Clinton, LOST!
Alabama needs someone with energy to fight for
them. If this was tough on him, imagine him in the
senate. Strange would have been a better candidate!

To the Dems do not celebrate too much because after the next election Jones will be gone. To the Republicans take note that the GOP leadership would rather have a Democrat win than a true conservative. They were against Moore before the allegations were made. Jones also has to represent a red state that Trump won by a big margin. Jones may be a spoiler for a couple of three years but if he wants the seat back he may have to cooperate with Trump a bit more than some would like.
