I now side with his accusers but it is amusing to hear what is being proposed. Republicans are now considering refusing to seat him if he is elected on ethical grounds. That would be a first and this from a group that did nothing to Ted Kennedy after Chappaquiddick.

I would give all parties including the Post reporters who coached the alleged 14 year old, lie detector tests by an impartial party. The woman on TV the other day was reading from a script and looked fake to me. As I said before, if he did as accused, lock him up and throw away the key. BUT, make damn sure he is guilty before condemning and sentencing him. Mike

I'm in full agreement with you. It all looks so set up, and it's so strange after all these years. If he's found guilty, give him the chair as far as I'm concerned, but let's not convict him first, that's not the american way. And Kevyn.....just shut up

Even if Roy Moore did not do wrong as he claimed, I think, he still must resign for the sake of the GOP party, and for the sake of the American people. I think his entry to the senate is to big burden to carry. Please, presumption of innocence is a must, but I still think Judge Moore must quit. It is for the good of all of us, and especially the GOP party.

His resignation will serve the greater good, not himself.

So you would concede to the RINO's? You think that the Republican's razor thin majority in the Senate, (made so by the very same RINO's you are supporting) will be somehow safeguarded by electing a Liberal Democrat rather than a conservative Republican? Have you never wondered why Mitch "I'm a RINO Bitch" McConnell, Paul "Lyin'" Ryan, and Lindsey Grahamnesty, (who never saw an amnesty or a war he didn't vote for) are so opposed to Moore? He's liable to start airing their dirty laundry.
So tell us, what happens the NEXT time a Conservative who won't kiss McConnell's ass runs for office? As soon as a couple of bimbos accuse him of forty year old sexual misconduct that one should resign for the "good of the party?" The only good being served is McConnell and his sack of shit posse, along with the Democrats.

It sure smells, with Gloria Allred in the mix you can bet that the accuser is being paid for testimony...it has happened many times before with Allred's clients giving false testimony....

IF the allegations are substantiated, Judge Moore can easily be replaced.

However, IF not, the system of corruption has won again! Why has Mr McConnell and a few others contested the race? I think, Judge Moore may prove to be more than a handful of trouble for some.

Judge Moore may challenge 'business as usual' with threats of exposure to the back room deals.
If you are corrupt, the last thing you want, is a honest man monitoring and reporting on your movements.

IF you are happy the way the country is heading, I'd listen to the Waste Stream Media and the Mitch McConnells, and continue in the same direction. GOP and the Progressives will serve your needs.
IF the allegations are substantiated, Judge Moore ... (show quote)

Well said, PulletSurprise.

I still think all involved should have to take a lie detector test. They aren't legal in court but I would bet at least one out of the now six would back out. The sixth being Judge Moore. Mike

I refuse to condemn anyone on hearsay. If you can prove an accusation, fine, but an accusation is just that. Mike

Proud, think. Why has all this came about after almost forty years? Salisky handbook. If you can not defeat them, then resort to destroying the person. Proud, how many times have we seen this happen?

To damn many in the republican party for sure. All they have to do is say boo and all the republicans run and hide. I can understand McConnell because he is a RINO and Moore is more like Trump in trying to clean things up and that scares McConnell.

Mitch McConnel looks like a ventriloquist dummy, so now it all makes sense, nothing but a puppet!

We will lose 2018 if we keep letting the Swamp dictate the narrative. This fight against Judge Moore is not coming from the left. It is coming from the Republican frogs in the Swamp. Until, we the people stand up and say enough, this will go on. The trial will come after all this has settled and Judge Moore has been crushed. It will be too late then to have a true American in the Senate, instead of this Swamp Scum. What happened to, "who can throw the first stone". What happened to innocent till Proven. What happened to "a man is known by the fruits he bears".

I sent this letter to the Corpus-Christy "Caller-Times" newspaper. Columnist, Tom Whitehurst, had written a column critical of Nueces County Sheriff, Jim Kelin. It was featured in Sunday's the 19th paper. One can Google the article if interested.

Well, Tom, I come to Texas, and the first thing I read is your article chastizing sheriff Kelien for his opinions, posted on his FaceBook page, regarding what's taking place in the Roy Moore saga. I don't suppose it has occurred to you, where you write, " Being a Republican, (the sheriff) as is Moore, explains the bulk," also explains the bulk you carry.

You praise the women of Alabama for coming forward and naming names, however, the women who have the most to offer, aren't naming names are they! I'm referring to those women, if, you haven't guessed, who have been sexually harassed and assaulted by members of Congress, some of whom most certainly are Democrats. Women, who, over-the-years, have been silenced to the tune of 15 million dollars of taxpayer money.

You use the term "smear job" to describe (your opinion) the Sheriff's rush to judgment. Your article smacks of a smear job on the sheriff. Speaking of rushing to judgment, professing Moor's accusers as deserving medals of valor, in most cases, would seem a rush to judgment.

You've taken the position, Tom, that all these women are crossing their hearts and hoping to die if they tell a lie. Well, I guarantee, some are lying!

Also, no one is talking about the real reason why these women of Alabama are coming forward. The truth of the matter: These women would never have been heard from, had not the "Washington Post" sent reporters to Alabama with the sole purpose of digging up dirt on Judge Roy Moore.

The "Washington Post" couldn't have cared less about these Alabama women, had it not been for the candidacy of Roy Moore. If not for Roy Moore, these women would not have their fifteen minutes of fame. And that says it all! I hope the folks of Alabama see this for what it is and elect Roy Moore. Send those smart-allecky Eastern Yankees' packing, with the message not to come back.
