Morality & Climate Change by D'Souza.

What is the real issue being presented by D'Souza?

Is it really a Moral issue of being concerned over Climatic Issues that need to be eliminated so as not to put concern on economic issue that may be harmful in the plans of bringing economical gains for 3rd World Countries.

Of course there are Moral issues involved. But is not the Moral issue one of putting economical interests over the well being of individuals.

Do we not face this in all Nations even our own? We do not need any more Shills for the Robber Barons of the Planet.

Would it not make more sense to see that there was a demand for things before there was production of the goods.
One would think that if one wanted some one to buy what they produced they would see that there was demand before they filled the market place before there was enough money in the hands of the consumer to buy the product.

A supply with not enough demand is a sure way to have a faulty economy.

So what we have today is businesses wanting government bodies offering money with added advantages for potential business expansions.
Here in WI we are just completing a 3 Billion Dollar plus deal with Fox Con for a factory

From time to time I drive by a building that has been standing empty for some time that was the beneficiary to government help.

We are putting a consider amount of public money into a new Basketball arena.
there was even the gift of land worth millions for $1.00 to build Private Businesses on. Competing with local businesses that have to help pay for the project. But all one hears is the need for a Free Market Place.

But the problems we face are all because some poor souls would like to have a couple of dollars so they had enough to eat. Dollars that quickly end up in some Rich Mans Pocket.

What I find sad is that I get a constant flood of calls & mail looking for money to help the poor unfortunate people out there.

I think that I am a person in the middle & I am calling an end to being asked to share what little I have with those that have so much & those that have so little. I have been reduced to depending on what I have saved & Social Security & there are those that call for taking that away.

This is what D'Souza wants for India & other 3rd would countries. Believe me when I say it don't work that well here & will work much the same way else where.

I am not complaining about my personal welfare. I was born white & I lived with advantages. It is just that I personally don't want to make up for so much of what has gone wrong with the system. When I owned an apartment building I gave up or lost thousands in rent while taking very little for my time, effort and investment. I sold when it became clear to me that renters where spending over 50% on housing costs.

The pool of people that could truly pay the rents with any comfort had become to small.

For what ever that was worth.

Have a nice day.

I just looked at the numbers for a possible move of a second headquarters for Amazon in Chicago. We're broke and in debt everywhere and taxing our asses off and they want to give Amazon and one of the richest men in the world about $2,250,000,000 in benefits and write offs. It amounts to about $175 for every man woman and child in the entire state to get this. They promise 50,000 jobs. When did the projections of any one of these companies ever pan out. NEVER. The cost to create every one of those jobs is $45,000 per job that the tax payers will have to pay for.

There should never be any state or city breaks for any new businesses to move to, prevent from moving away or start up in an area. Basic infrastructure like roads, okay. But if you want to come here, come here and make our city greater, not more broke while you walk away with billions.

Creating job in a secondary sense seems to be better in the eyes of some.
To think how much that money in the first sense would help in the market place. & could be so much cheaper.
That must be why those that lead us need the big bucks. Some how we poor souls lack the brains to se the logic of it all.

Yet we hear so may that are apposed to socialism. I guess that socialism is not a kin to communism if the right people get the hand out.

Maybe a few people will begain to see things a bit differently.

Heaven forbid that a poor person would ever get a real break.
That would only up set the pool of desperate workers. The more people looking for work the better for Capitalism.
