the fraud and deception finished up, the tough guys from the Revolution and their opposition sorted out the Constitutional Republic in 1819. Inventing freedom and liberty for all is tough work. It started way before 1776. They got it down on paper and published in 1776. Then with the Articles of Confederation.

They fought a war and fought two more before they got it shaped up. The Constitutional Republic lasted 41 years until Lincoln was elected. If he was a BAR attorney I wonder how, he was elected considering 13 TONA. If he was a lawyer ok. At gun point Lincoln convened Congress after sine di. It was never convened as was Constitutionally required. Thus starts the fraud.

Lincoln and his crew wrote a different Constitution for their newly formed Vatican Corporation in lieu of government. A corporation is not government. They established martial law and the Lieber Code. There was never a declaration of war between the states. There was never a treaty of peace. There was never a correction of all the frauds perpetrated by the Lincoln government. They continued to exacerbate the fraud.

There is no evidence that the current, fraudulent 13th amendment was ever lawful. There is no evidence that the 14th amendment was ever lawful. In fact it is a nullity as all those covered by the legislative intent are dead. IT is void. In fact 13th amendment Titles of Nobility Act was the last lawful amendment.

Backing up a bit. After the Revolution, I have two direct ancestors, a father and son, that fought for the Revolution from New York. When the war stopped there were many royalists on the land. They wanted to roll back the Revolution. Their were many traitors on the land. Everyone that revolted was a surviving traitor. Traitors signed documents in fraud. These Revolutionaries were tough and they were killers. As well as articulate educated men that wrote the Documents of Our Founding inventing freedom and liberty over many dead bodies. Washington hung at least 4 men. 2 at the whiskey rebellion. George was the largest distiller of Rye Whiskey.

The founding fathers had a hard time living up to the Documents they wrote. The corporate governance from 1861 was re booted by FDR in 1933. There was every reason for a Rebellion then. But the depression started in 1929 had desimated the country.

Since that time the balance for power from the de jur original Constitutional Republic over to the de facto corporate governance has been tilted in favor of the de facto.

GHWB to Clinton to w to obozo almost flipped it completely to de facto and would have had the Hillary been elected.

The Donald; President Donald J. Trump of the United States of America stopped the de facto. It is up to us to get our Constitutional Republic back. As Lincoln said, the government of the people , by the people, for the people shall not perish from this earth. This is the only one.

Our enemies are CFR, Tri-Lateral, BAR, dual-national citizens, UN, the One World Order.

Unless you can get together a group of about 5,000 completely secretive men, each willing to kill at least one of the people at the top of those groups, while knowing before hand that they will most likely be imprisoned or killed for doing so, you won't be able to restore the Republic or any truly real individual freedom.

You can't do it through the ballot box, because the "useful idiots" are, and have been, breeding like cockroaches, for years. The ignorant, incompetent, lazy, stupid and crazy of this country already make up over half of the voters. They will sell their, and every body else's, future freedoms a for promise of more welfare from the democratic politicians, who totally support those anti-freedom groups.

Well big guy. we are at opposition on the solution. I think, for discussion only, 5,000 people filing claims of due process violations with incontrovertible evidence from their own documents. That would make a dent better than your way. there are about 200 federal district courts available and supposed to be Article III courts. I doubt there are more than 10 if any federal district courts that are Article III in law and equity... Which is enough to turn the whole judiciary on its head.

Let's suppose we are a country of "we the people" only 3% on the bell curve is needed of the 350 million. Or 10 million not 5,000. I have my inalienable rights and I am pressing them to find remedy for the due process violations I have encountered.

I find no reference of me needing anyone else to do my job. Stand for my rights. Now If others stood for their rights.

What I find are phony's all over the place. with all of these ideas for solving the problem. that involve me donating money to them. Really smart people, lots of savvy in law and politics. then I find that a lot are anarchists, foreign agents, communists and do not have the founding documents as law. I do. Some go to the international courts like the Hauge for remedy. WTF.

Do you still deny then that president Trump's victory was honest and was unanimously chosen by the people? Had you desired that Hillary should have won? I chose the lesser of two evils, Donald Trump. Now, despite of the forces drugging him down, to destroy him, he relentlessly works day and night fulfilling his promises to the American people.

All politicians connect to the Bankers for money. Many for evil purposes, others for common good, to support financially help in fulfilling missions they have promised to the people. Money is equally important for our noble purposes to accomplish them.

I voted for the Donald too. Analyzing all the adversities that plagued our country, Donald Trump at age 70, came in not for personal gains and power, but to rescue the rapid decline of our country nationwide and worldwide. He could have enjoyed the rests of his life in luxury with his family. Knowing that so many powers will punch him left and right, he still relentlessly works productively to rescue and heal the illness our country suffered under Obama and Hillary Clinton.

Now, the most powerful elites, the richest men in the world lead by Soros, are geared to destroying him until Trump is destroyed. Soros recently donated $18 billion to his charitable foundation whose main objectives are destroying our heritage, this republic, the foundation from where America was built upon, and to destroying Donald Trump. He supports ANTIFA, BLM, and those radical revolutionaries, vent to destroy our system of government.

Soros as the same time with his $18 billion donations will be able to save billions of federal tax money. His donations in the guise of charity will be able to deduct from his taxable income. He ends up paying no income tax.

I think Congress must change that 501 (c)(3) charitable organizations. That if the purpose of the organization is destructions of our government, they must be arrested. They must not be allowed to deduct their donations used for evil causes from their income tax. Soros is the enemy of the US government, and our republic. He must be deported.
