Ted Cruz likened Washington to WWE TV wrestling. The script is written, the actors chosen, the choreography completed and the outcome preordained before "the people" get a whiff of what's happening.

I am pretty sure it was FDR that said that.
So true in any case.

I looked it up. It seems we are both mistaken. There is no record of anyone saying this before the book
None Dare Call it Conspiracy was published. (1971) In that book, the author attributes that statement to FDR.

It does ring true; but people do F up, and get the wrong results.
found this:
"There are no accidents."- To what extent does this statement hold true?
Let us believe, "there are no accidents, every event has an inherent cause". Working on these lines, we can trace anything that happens around us to another event which occurred in a previous time, which in turn can be traced back to another. Now you see what I did, keep doing this, and boom you reach the Big Bang it self. Now, try getting any further. Apparently, you cannot. Not even theoretically. How do we explain it? You might consider, "space-time continuum break at Big Bang". I'd say, "Well, that's what I call an accident".
BTW; thanks for looking it up, Loki.

Maybe we should start another thread; what was there before the
"Big Bang?" (I think it's odd that the creation of the universe as we know it sounds like the title of a porn movie.)
I still think it strange that atheists consider it possible that the primal mass from which the
Big Bang originated is somehow, some sort of leftover from a
"previous universe;" yet think the idea of an supreme intelligence of some sort is a fairy tale.

Rule of thumb, if you believe it, it is more than likely horse puckey. I don't understand how you can believe that any lamesteam media outlet including Fox News can be reliable when they are all owned by the same people?

Even the weather?
Which company/network owns The WeatherChannel.com
They consistently report the local rainfall low.
Been doing it for years where I live in Florida.
Last week I had 3.5 inches in my rain gauge one night. They reported 0.64 inches.
Like I said; they are consistently low.
