The last I heard, that report was wrong and they said he was in serious condition from either a stroke or heart attack but was still alive.

Yup, one of my favorites pass on today. Was pulled off of let's support yesterday and pass on. I'll be playing all his music today. Rest In Peace Tom Petty.

That was the first of many on the boob tube. He wasn't breathing when they found him, probable brain damage. PS I normally don't Quote CNN, but it's even of Fox.

Well, TMZ said he was critical, so maybe he has passed. I'm sure most news outlets had an obit ready to go. Fox is better at checking it's sources than CNN so I'm saying you are right.
