How God sees us
A day with God is like a thousand years to man according to Psalm 90:4 and 2 Peter 3:8. Our lives are generally less than 100 years according to Psalm 90:10. That means in one day to God over 10 generations of us are born, grow up, grow old, and die. The fact that people are gullible and believe what everybody else says without reading for themselves will one day blow up in their face. God looks at us like we look at flowers. Every year, a new crop of flowers are alive. They bloom in the spring, and by winter they are dead. There are six scriptures where God compares man to flowers. They are Psalm 103:15, Isaiah 28:1 & 4 and 40:6 - 8, James 1:10 & 11, and 2 Peter 1:24 & 25. Is God embarrassed by everyone thinking the same thing and being united against Him? No, read Isaiah 40:15. God built this universe and put intelligence in the mind of man and animals. He was here before us, He will be here when we are gone.

If you have vowed to love, honor, and cherish someone until death. And find that 10 years later your feelings have changed, know that to God 10 years is less than 15 minutes.

If god is infinite then for him there can be no such thing as a day compared to the time scale of man. You are trying to compare the infinite to the finite and that simply does not compute...
