The biggest problem is China, they are determined to "referee" this confrontation.

Chinas terms:
If the U.S. makes a pre-emptive strike, China will side with North Korea;
if North Korea lauches an attack, China will stand down;
if the U.S. attempts a regiem change, China will side with North Korea.

It seems that our enemies want to test our missile defense system, if North Korea conducts their launch, we will all find out.

What actions, beyond shooting down the missiles, should we take?
Strikes against the launch sites? With conventional weapons only, or use tactical nukes?
Take out North Korean satelites.
Or consider it an act of war and destroy all North Korean military capability?

Very Simple! I would return the favor but on a much larger scale to hold them accountable for their bad behavior. I hope it doesn't throw the World into a major war.
