The only valid airport security video which has been made public is the one from Portland, Mn, at 5:45 am on 9/11.
No airport security videos from Boston Logan where Atta is alleged to have boarded Flight 11 have been released.
If the alleged hijackers didn't go through airport security, they didn't get on the planes.
Here's an illustration of who flew those airliner drones:
There should have been security videos similar to this one taken at Portland MN of the alleged hijackers on all the flights.

The video you linked has been digitally altered and it has no time stamp.
All security videos have time stamps which allow them to be used in a court of law.
Without a time stamp, that video could have been taken anywhere on any date.
