Even politifact says that only four intel agencies felt Russia was meddling in the election, although they try to claim that the suspicions of Russian meddling are valid. How so? LOL.

I've heard that his brother was the one with more involvement with the Clintons, but I don't have that info right now. I'll let you google it.
