How, exactly, has Ben Carson sold out his "people?"

For a neurosurgeon, I think he's an extraordinarily dumb person with some idiotic beliefs, but he's still very successful and accomplished. He says a "part" of poverty is a mind set. So what? It is. Success is a mind set as well. Yet, there is a large group, including some on this forum, who think he has sold out his race. I just want to know how they think he has.

He sold out his people when he dared to become successful. He was suppose to remain on the plantation and vote Democrat and let them give him food, shelter and clothing. He dared to look at the mansion on the hill and said I want to own it someday along with a expensive car to drive. The Democrats look at him and say hey boy don't you know your place we are suppose to put you in government housing and feed you and you should love what we have planed for you.

He does not agree with everything the rabid-racist libturds say.

I disagree with the dumb person part. He's said some Politically incorrect and dumb statements. He is right. I tried for years to help poverty ridden at risk families. The mindset, that the government will take care of me is almost unbreakable with these people. Ben Carson only sold out those who don't want one of theirs (same color) proving to the rest of us you can stand on your own two feet. Yet Obama, hung with the rich predominately white crowd and never did a thing for "his" people. Yet they idolize him.

Ask Cool Breeze. He has posted a thread just today that Carson is basically an Uncle Tom. I love when liberals are being shown for the lying hypocrite pigs they are!

The Democrat party is the most racist political group in human history.

Those politically incorrect statements are covered in his 2nd Amendment rights. He has the cojones to speak his mind. Good for Dr. Ben!

That's the truth! But even successful black people say the same thing. Like these guys on OPP. Maybe they aren't as successful as they claim!

It was that thread that made me ask. But I see it also in the real world as well.

I don't remember any politically incorrect things he's said, but just some strange things, like Joseph built the pyramids to store grain, etc. His wall dedicated to himself is another; not so much his awards and accolades, but his picture of him and Jesus. Just too weird.

I find nothing stupid or offensive about Dr. Carson..

An accomplished member of society willing to take a risk and help those who no one else would..A cutting edge physician, no pun intended, renound in his field..

I do think he has not been clear on certain issues and felt that during his debates as well..Somewhat passive but he does eventually get to his point.. .

Doctors, especially surgeons, are like that in many cases. They are very literal and tend to think visually, less verbal.

Perhaps it comes from following the Seventh day Adventist church???

He does have some untraditional beliefs but its still belief as he defines it..

You know it's the meek and mild ones you have to watch...

Well what you say definitely defines Dr. Carson..given what they do it also makes sense...

Thank You nwtk... I've frequently heard they believe themselves to be God, having deposed a few I found reason in that too... lolol
