Are we asking the right questions here?
This Cuban's guilt is not the issue. Why is nobody prosecuting the governors, mayors and city councilmen for breaking our federal immigration laws?

Trump's immigration Executive Order is now before the Supreme Court. We will wait for a decision.

The left wing judges who denied Trump's executive order are not following the law. They need to be impeached.

These District Court judges, how are they appointed in the first place? Do governors make the appointments? Does the President appoint them? Are they voted in? If they are federal judges, can they be fired by the President or must Congress impeach them? How about a citizen's arrest? All these swamp creatures gotta go.

For example, a prison paroled a known felon, who then proceeded to kill two men, wounding a third, up in Portland Oregon. This paroled felon had insulted two Muslim women riding on a train, telling them to get off the train and get out of the country. Three other men, witnessing the hassle, came to the aid of the women. The felon turned upon the men and stabbed all 3 of them with his knife, the women ran away.

The felon is back in jail, a known white supremacist. Why was this violent criminal with a substantial criminal record, including armed robbery, paroled? It seems as if the same liberal courts openly shielding criminal illegal aliens are also shielding white supremacists, deliberately creating conflicts and inciting chaos.

Nobody is upholding the law. Is it time for citizens arrests? Meanwhile, old retired Sheriff Joe Arpaio, awaits his trial, falsely accused by the Obama administration for racial profiling illegal aliens that he had arrested and incarcerated or extradited for robberies, rapes, murders, drug smuggling, etc..

Seriously, the enemy is within. Could the citizens hire an attorney familiar with the law on citizens arrests, write up charges, and then organize a posse of say, retired veterans, to take out these swamp critters one at a time. We could start in the far left coast, California, Oregon, Washington and Hawaii. Some of us are fed up.

I am told that these Judges messing with Trump are Democratic stooges. You have come up with questions I do not have all of the answers to. I am guessing that right now we are reaping the bitter harvest of 8 years of Barry Soetoro appointing hacks to the courts. Here is an official site that may give you more answers.

Hopefully over time as Trump begins to fill vacancies on various courts, this problem will slowly get better. Perhaps we will get Judges who can read English and read law.

Wow. Lifetime terms for the District Courts. It sure looks as if the distribution of judges was gerrymandered out here on the Left Coast! Maybe the new state of Jefferson, #51, will upset the applecart. Can the Republican Party hold the line for the next 16 years or more to undo this mess? I am very worried about this North American Union business dismantling our currency and Constitution. We are not a socialist nation. California is talking about implementing the Public Option for the entire state. That's when I run for my life.

California is ground zero for fruits, flakes, and nuts. You live in the Granola State. Keep fighting the good fight.
