As a retired senior, my life work history has been amongst numerous Muslims on the west coast, many were refugees from President Carter's failed foreign policy. Out of the 7 million Muslims living peacefully in the United States, the MSM is seizing every opportunity to portray the entire lot as a threat. Why? The MSM wish to condone the PRC's tyrannical rule over the Muslim Uighurs as well as the Tibetans, Hong Kong Chinese and Mongolians, all seeking independence, freedom and capitalism.

The mistake in the Democrat Party rationale is quite simple. No matter how much we raise the standard of living in Red China, they will never change to capitalism, never grant their citizens self rule. Communism has nothing to do with income. Centralized planned economies, communism being one form, have been around since the beginning of human evolution. People voluntarily give up self rule and self determination out of apathy.

It's easy to sit back and let the "experts" or the "elders" make the decisions. Look at the United States, one of the wealthiest nations in the world, with hoards of its university spoiled brats, who have never worked a day in their life, begging for the Public Option and socialized medicine, as if it were a "human right" that the government might breed us like livestock, never suspecting that tyranny can be fickle.
