Black people are about 13% of the US population, but 24% of the victims of police violence. White people are 62% of the population, but 49% of victims. The remaining 25% ("other" in this compilation) interestingly, are the remaing 27% of the victims, in essentially the same proportion as their population.
The statistics cited here are from a database compiled by the Washington Post since 2015 and US Census data.

People who commit more violent crimes are more likely to get shot. Overall, four percent of black homicides were caused by cops. Black cops are three times more likely to shoot than white cops, and forty percent of cop killers are black. You are so eager to try and find a straw to grasp in your futile search for an error on my part, you cannot even pay attention. Once more, you show yourself to be a venal, stupid little pissant with an overgrown sense of it's own importance and intelligence. The stats I cited, as I mentioned, are also from the Obama Administration DOJ, hardly a racist organization. You are a very poor excuse for the PhD you claim to be. Irrespective of all your usual chimp act, the relevant statistic is in the piece I cited. It doesn't matter whether the cop was black or white. It certainly doesn't have anything to do with crime rates: the statistics are about the behavior of police, not their victims.
