Let me explain how the people felt under Communism: If I do everything right, I won't get into trouble.
And the "everything right" was everything their government told them to do. And their government was into every area of their lives. Do you now understand why the Soviet Union collapsed?

Under your system the few would cease producing wealth since it will not benefit them. Then everyone can starve in perfect equality. Emperor worm makes no distinctions. You need to read Orwell's Animal Farm for a good exposition of this.
