True. Thou shalt not murder (not kill) is a Commandment to protect the innocent or those for some reason incapable of doing intentional harm. Bombing cities and villages is murder. Drone strikes that have innocent collateral damage is murder. War is murder by definition.

You totally misread this and please look it up. Damages for this miscarriage, and not a life for a life that is usual for Jewish Law, is because the fetus has not yet been recognized as viable, not yet being in the 24th week. This is commonly accepted tradition by Jews. And for almost 2000 years of Christianity.

Nowhere in the Bible does the Word condone abortion. I find many more references that the unborn are considered young children and or the adult they will be someday
